Who issues the prescription?

Our UK-based independent prescribing partner issues all prescriptions following consultation with our GMC-registered GPs.

Where do I pay for medicines?

You pay for medication costs directly to your chosen pharmacy when you collect your prescription.

Do you provide prescriptions, fit notes or referral letters?

Yes, digital prescriptions and fit notes can be provided for additional value-added service fees. If patients request these from the clinician during the online doctor consultation and the clinician deems it clinically appropriate, then these will be offered. Referral letters are not currently available.

What are the ID checks and age requirements?

You must be 18 or over and provide valid photo ID during the booking process for identity verification.

What if I need in-person care?

Our GPs are trained to identify when in-person care is needed and will direct you to NHS 111, your local GP, or A&E as appropriate.
